Investment & Fees

According to the current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the estimated initial investment for one location ranges from approximately $331,300 to $447,500, depending on the location’s size, inventory, and buildout requirements.

The initial franchise fee for a single-unit franchise is currently $50,000. Multi-unit development options are also available through an area development program with higher costs.
